The Perkins in Newburgh is clean and bright with good service. I've been there a few times and what I like is the N'Awlans Eggs Benedict. It has shrimp, grilled chicken, sausage and a mildly spicy Hollandaise sauce. It comes with fruit and choice of potatoes (I like the breakfast potatoes) for about nine bucks.
